- Other locations: 5–10 business days after dispatch

5. Delivery Issues
In case of an incorrect or incomplete address, or unavailability of the recipient, delivery attempts may fail or be delayed.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at an additional cost.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
