💛 Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Bibs & Cribs, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take great care in crafting each product, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🍼 Eligibility

• Orders are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  
• Nappies and swaddle sets are non-returnable unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  
• Products purchased during sale or promotional events are eligible only for exchange or store credit. Cash refunds do not apply for these orders.
  

🌿 Refunds

• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. This process may take up to 10 working days from the date of pickup.
  
• For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 3–5 business days after processing.
  
• For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
  
• Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
  

🚫 Return or Exchange Not Applicable If

• The request is made after 15 days of delivery.
  
• The product is custom-made or personalized.
